Digital Thread Conference 2024 – Registration Closed

We are excited to announce our inaugural Digital Thread Conference (DTC) 2024. This 2-day virtual event welcomes all digital engineers, creating a vibrant space where the Syndeia community can come together, share insights, learn about digital threads and digital engineering, and help shape the Syndeia roadmap.

  • Date: Sep 24-25 (Tue-Wed), 2024
  • Location: Virtual Event (via MS Teams)
  • Cost: Free for all approved registrants

Conference Theme

The theme for the Digital Thread Conference 2024 is “Digital Threads – Foundation for Digital Engineering and Digital Twins”. Conference presentations will focus on the following areas.

  • Digital Threads and DoD Instruction 5000.97 – Digital Engineering
  • Digital Threads and Integration + Interoperability + Configuration Management
  • Digital Threads and Analytics + Dashboards + Visualization
  • Digital Threads and Automation + Pipelines

Conference Agenda and Format

Digital Thread Conference 2024 will include the following content.

  • User presentations – Hear from Syndeia end users about their digital engineering challenges, digital thread use cases, Syndeia success stories, lessons learned, and feature wishlists.

What is MBSE ?

Modern engineering uses computer models and systems engineering (SE) is following this pattern. The basis of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) is that the system can be captured in a single unified computer model, a single source of truth from which all required SE views and artifacts can be generated. Good MBSE practices can reduce errors and ambiguity, shorten development times, and improve collaboration between disciplines.
