Client Engagement Manager – US

This is a fully remote position. Candidates can work from anywhere in the US but must be available during regular business hours for internal and customer interactions. Candidates must be self-driven, disciplined, professional, and manage their time and tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

As the Client Engagement Manager at Intercax, you will play a major role in both the planning and execution of getting our story out. Your role will include the following:
  1. Lead customer/prospect response activity
  2. Regularly monitor and manage email and customer inquiry channel
  3. Collaborate with the team on marketing or outreach campaign ideas

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university or related work experience.
  2. Excellent communicator and storyteller
  3. Ability to deliver high-level positioning for product and value proposition.
  4. 3-5 years of industry experience.
  5. Understanding of B2B business development practices
  6. Prior experience with organizations involved with systems engineering or Model-based systems engineering
    Prior exposure to leading MBSE software companies
Good to have:
  1. Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Jira, Atlassian, Slack, MS Office, and G-suite tools
  2. Experience working in a globally-distributed team
