Intercax is excited to announce the release of Syndeia 3.6. Over the next several weeks, we will be releasing a series of blog posts highlighting the new features that will accelerate concurrent digital engineering for mission-critical products and systems, all powered by enterprise-scale digital threads. Security is as critical as accessibility in implementing digital engineering.

In this post, we describe Syndeia’s new integration for User Authentication and Single-Sign-On using OASIS-standard Security Assertion Markup Language 2.0 – better known as “SAML2 SSO”. “SSO is working great. My team and I worked with our CIS/IAM team to configure SAML/SSO on Syndeia, and it was a rather straightforward process.” – Syndeia early-access Adopter.

Intercax has been closely following the cybersecurity incident CVE-2021-44228 (Log4j 2, Log4Shell). The Intercax Cybersecurity Team has done an initial investigation of this event. The Intercax Syndeia product is not affected by this event. Syndeia uses log4j 1.2.17 which is not affected by CVE-2021-44228.
